My ZF VC56 got here today from Pure Time, and I'm over the moon. It exudes class, and the finishing is fantastic. It is the perfect size and feel. 38mm case (41mm with crown guards), and 9.8mm thick.

I'm not a real showy watch guy, so I love how this flies under the radar. I'll be applying some Molykote to the 9015 rotor to tame the noise, and then it will be perfect.

Here it is on my 7.25" (18.5 cm) flat wrist.

ooof! Looks nice. Kinda borrows a few elements from certain DJ dials I think, but the size is indeed perfect. I'm happy to notice big companies sizing down again :)

That's a very classy watch, congrats! Looks beautiful, and a nice break from the bigger, thicker chronos. I would think this makes a really nice daily for working in the office.

The watch melts into my wrist, which is a compliment to Vacheron's great design (& the ZF factory LOL). Several times today I've checked my wrist to see if it's still there.

Thanks! It definitely seems like it will be a perfect daily wear into the office.

i got the brown dial, kinda wish i had gotten the silver but whats done is done, and yes it wears so well, i am in love with it, i might go ahead and buy the silver one too, i like the way it feels so much but it does need a new strap. will post an updated pic when it arrives!

I was torn between getting yours and the silver dial. I love mine, but the gold case version is beautiful as well, so I will probably pick that one up down the road.

Just need to rid it of the horrid rep strap and you're good to go. I'm wearing mine today.

Agreed. I took off the rep strap before ever putting on the watch and put on a spare Barton black leather croc strap. I am on the lookout for a long-term strap that I can put the Vacheron deployant buckle on, but until then, the Barton will suffice.

I upgraded the strap again. Had a basic Barton black leather/croc on there, but I dropped a new one with a deployant clasp on her today. I much prefer this one, both because the original has this kind of clasp, and because I have really started to appreciate deployants.

I do wish I had the Vacheron logo on this clasp, but I'll probably wait until I get a custom strap made for this watch to try and swap the original rep clasp with VC logo.

Awesome quality from ZF. Strap is usual rep quality to the touch - although the print looks very authentic on the wrist. The risk with slapping on a high quality (and heavy) custom strap is that it could make the strap look like IT’s wearing the watch (which is of course, ultra thin).

Quick pic, for your viewing pleasure, next to a GMF Patek:

The strap looks. If ZF still producing this piece, I will get one but swap the strap with a grey one. Thats the colour I had seen in an AD and fall in love.
Do you remember the size of the strap by anychance? I have checked it online a lot, but no luck

Awesome, thanks a lot!
I read that on the products webpage as "20/18" but didnt know this is what it meant. I appreciate the comment
Sorry, I've been off the forum for a while. The strap is 20 mm between the lugs, and it tapers to 18 mm at the clasp.
