This may be a long shot but I'm sort of at the end of the road with this build. I'm putting together a 7016/0 with a gen Tudor movement and I can't source a second hand that will work, nor a stem. It's driving me crazy, I went all the typical routes Essinger, Otto, WSO, and no one can help me. WSO did sell me hands that they assured me would work.....and of course the second hand was too big for pin. And no one I have talked to has been able to tell me the stem that I need, nor sell me one.

The movement is an ETA 2483, and I believe the second hand pin is .21

Anyone have any suggestions on where to go to find these dopey parts??? Thanks in advanced guys!!!

Give the post on the second hand a little "pinch" to make it fit. I've done it a number of times. I use tweezers and light pressure. Pinch... Test fit... Pinch... Test fit.
The only other way you will find a hand to fit is buy the gen thing.

ETA 2483 is a modified 2471 if my memory serves correct. You can use the same stem that all 24xx movements use.

If you have a set of calipers, you could pinch the seconds hand with that. That way you have some idea of how much you are reducing it.

Since you're asking about the 7016, I'll share this. Just finished it last night for a good friend. PaulyWalnuts is a snowflake freak!

It still needs a little more roughingup around the edges, but the hard part is done.
