Wouldn't be too hard considering all it would need is a different hour hand, bezel, dial print/gloss dial and the bracelet endlinks.

Maybe this belongs somewhere else, but how do the factories of these reps make the decisions of what gets replicated, and, why is this one doubtful to be a candidate for it? I'm a newbie to this, so I apologize if I'm showing my ignorance here (wouldn't be the first time!).
