Just received my second order and third watch from Lucy. Noob LMPO V5 and it doesn't disappoint. See the pictures below.
In my experience Lucy has the best communication of any of the TD's, she often replies within minutes. You can ask her whatever you like and if she can't get a watch she will say. Unlike many of the others you get a definite answer as to whether she can get a watch or not BEFORE sending the money.
She is certainly not the quickest but every watch I have had has either had a QC issue or Lucy has sent it to her watchsmith to be cleaned. The watches have all arrived immaculate with no dust, dirt or grime.
I will certainly be ordering again and soon.
