SA3135 what is this part ?

Hi everybody,

Does anyone know what this part is ?

I bought a sub.c noob v9 SA3135 here on m2m with a broken barrel mainspring and palet fork.

I had this parts from a old broken sa3135 so I changed it but I found this part stuck in the balance spring.

Now the movement run perfectly but in general all parts of a watch are used for something.

i think it locks the jewel keeper in place
