This is the movement in my Blancpain fifty fathoms blue dial ceramic rep. It is said to be a '23j' though it does not look like others I have seen. I need to remove the movement since the crown screwdown has ceased working. There is a thing that looks like a button indent, but it's directly over the stem and has a gear under it. It does not seem to want to be pushed down. The screw to the left seems to be joining the top plate to the next so that doesn't seem to be the right one either. The circle on the top of the top plate is simply that, an engraved or etched circle.
Is this a known movement please, and does anyone know the way of removing the stem?

Wot he said but not too hard! Just enough to release the stem or you will upset the keyless works.
