Is it worth it to service?

will the movement need a new ring to go inside the existing case? Probably
will the dial attach to the new movement? Probably not, will need to stick it on as the dial feet/pins are in different places on A2816/A28xx
will the crown stem height line up with the case and new movement? Possibly not
will a new 2816 movement be more accurate than +-16 seconds a day? Probably not

It looks like you are making yourself a lot of work/expense for very little or no gain
So do you think it's better to just buy a new A2813?

OP-
Remove the caseback with rolled up duct tape, use a screwdriver to micro-adjust (plenty of videos here and on YouTube)...5 minute job and the easiest way to jump into this rep game!

Ah I see. Thanks for the insight. I've been wanting to get into regulating my own movements for more experience but I'm so scared I'm gonna screw up my movement but now finally I have a cheap movement that is running way to fast that I can finally try to regulate it myself.
