GMT 2813 second pinion reploacment

My second had fell of my GMT movement and it appears that the pinion has broken off in the second hand.

My questions are.

1. How can I remove the broken pinion from the hand?
2. Where can I source a replacement second hand pinion?
3. Can i swap a a2813 movement or do I need a special version to accommodate the GMT function?
