Rolex Explorer I JF vs BP - ETA vs SH3132

I'm pretty new to this game and am about to get my first rep. I'm trying to choose between BP and JF (I've heard that these are the best options, pls correct me if I'm wrong). from what I've understood the benefits of each are:

JF: Better case
Better engraving
BUT more expensive

BP: Better dial
Uses ETA

What should I do... I would much rather the ETA than the SH3132 BUT would also like to have the best case option. Weighing up the options, which should I go for?

That is completely up to you, no one here can decide for you. I suggest to have more of a read up about both models, their flaws and their movements vs the costs. This will help you’ll understand what matters to you most and that will help your decision.

Have you considered the marketplace?

There might be a member who has combined the best of both worlds so to speak

I did try the marketplace... I just can't seem to get to the perfect reps in time before someone else...

Is there a significant difference in the case quality between JF and BP though?
