I think the Explorer II will get the same 'sensible' slimming down as the Sub. Hopefully they'll address the chunky hands which I think are grossly out of proportion. I don't see the need for a ceramic bezel, and I think a full ceramic, instead of an insert ringed with a regular bezel is unlikely on their 'outdoor' watch. Most of these fantasy previews paint it as a Yacht Master 43 with a GMT hand. Explorer I - not sure - its pretty close to perfect. Change the lugs a bit and put a white face on it maybe.
I'd like a Coke GMT, but if they make one it's not exactly exiting.
The vintage Milgaus rumour was doing the rounds a year ago and came to nothing. Tudor is the brand which looks backwards to go forwards. The only problem with Tudor is the last time we got exited for them, we ended up with the PO1 - which was the ugliest watch in the world and the biggest disappointment in the history of Basel World.
Be that as it may, I'm still more interested in what Tudor will do this year to be honest. I'm hoping for a GMT 58 with a choice of black or white dial. That would be awesome.
