And it’s kind of you to explain, but I’m already familiar with the meaning of “barf” - as a frequent visitor to the US, and of course there’s also the fact that 99% of TV and films are made in American.

Sorry to hear about your NoobARF mess. I’ve heard that the v4 Noob dial is perfectly good though.

I had no idea myself. My kids brought the term home.
And there is of course that never ending "fanny pack" confusion.
None so bad though as my Dutch pal offering my English GFa shag - as in shag tobacco, a roll your own ciggie,"sjekkie...."

You’d done well to avoid the word barf for so long. I clearly watch too much lowbrow US TV.

I admit i had to use the left hand to finish it.
This was so good.

The last one was unexpected and beautiful
I'm in love with the shape of Roo // Sucker for 3-6-9 dials

Wow, this is a wonderful follow-up to your "substantial shoal of subs" post, and a wonderful way to catalogue the daytonas available and the nature of how each is repped. Thank you, thank you!

Great post p0pperini . I bought a Noob and and an Arf but can’t bring myself to do the swaps for fear of scratching hands and breaking both movements. I’ll wait till one stops working or just not and admire your collection/ bravery instead!

As a matter of fact, yes I do.

It also occasionally hosts our granddaughters too - but they've got strict instructions not to mess with Popsie's watches...
