ARF Submariner No Date 114060

the watch looks perfect. the only thing i do not like is rehaut. i also had ZZF v2 and for me ARF is better.

ZZF v2 has bad glidelock, dial (big hole & X), wrong crown guards, bezel is very hard to turn

ARF rehaut it is not centered and I do not like the engraving.

So annoying that they still can’t get the bezels pearl centered at 12 o’clock. For me that’s the instant tell.

I think the bezel is just rotated a click away from the 12 marker.

I've had two v3 Hulk's and the pearl was one click to the right or one click to the left ..... both were not centered .

this is not a big problem and you can fix it. there is also in gen

bumping this as I am looking into a no date sub and wish to swap an ETA into it. so far ARF is the only factory I've seen using the 2824. Is this still the best bet despite the sharp indicies? Can this dial be swapped to say a VSF or ZZF v3?

Thanks for that link. I'll have to do more research to see if that dial would fit the ARF case and a 2824.

Further research has me back with another question if anyone can clarify. The ZZF using the a2836 - if one wanted to swap in a gen 2836, what is to be done about the day and date function as this is a no date watch? Do most just deal with the extra "clicks" when operating the crown or do they have the calendar functions removed and setting levers changed?
