Rolex Daytona 116500 gaining time.

I recently bought Daytona 116500 CER/SS 904L Noob V2 A4130 Mod

The watch have been working while gaining a few minutes each day.

I do wear the watch every other day and when not wearing, it is in in the watch winder (cw/ccw rotations).

Can someone please help what it might be and how to best go about it?
