Rolex regmariner (?) Lume question

I need some help, can anyone confirm what rep this is?
​​​​​​I guessed a regmariner because it was cheap, the clasp code and has a noisy rotor. but the strange lume combination made me doubt.
(Ps. Gonna do a sharpie mod)

That is not a Regmariner, looks nothing like one, they are much better than that
. Also lume is a uniform colour on Reg's subs.

It does look like a DHGate watch.Regarding a new insert etc. The cost of buying a new insert and paying somebody ( ceramic is very fragile and you'd likely break it yourself) to install it and provided it fits that watch, you could buy a brand new Regmariner. Or alternatively save up and buy a Noob etc. If you are lucky you might find a better version cheap used on m2m
