I guess its arf because of the font on datewhell and the movements are asian 2824 and other is A3235 or maybe SH3235? Idk

My guess would be te same.
But I don't think it's ARF due to the different finish compared to their current version.
The 3235 clone looks like a bad joke quality wise though.

Well thats what i thought but when i go to mr lins website movement looks same to me i guess but i currently face some eye issues so im not the most reliable one maybe its a bp or jf?

The clasp engravings look exactly like noob as well. ARF has a different looking method with laser engraving. Other parts look totally different to the current noob version though.
I am craving for a teardown of this movement.

Clasp looks like a noob indeed, and bezel teeth are not pointy. However SELs look good which is un-noob like

Whoop whoop!! Was almost ready to put the trigger on the arf v2 but I guess it is worth seeing what these two are all about! Teeth fix, ensuring they have etched crystal, getting the movement sorted out so the time/date is set per gen, and buttoning up the ability/consistency in aligning all the important bits, and were good to go! ????

Well it is still the MKI dial which means no Rolex crown at 6. The appearance should be rather matte and look brownish in the sun.
Let’s see how the color of the dial will compete against the gen.

My thoughts after comparing Asian ETA noob vs ARF side by side:

Noob has better dial markers (curved like gen)

Noob has creamy lume, like gen. ARF lume is too white (looks off compared to gen)

Noob hands are curved like gen. they are better than ARF.

Noob bezel teeth are closer to gen.

ARF SEL fit is sloppy.

Fit and finish on both is same high quality.

ARF has ugly date font.

Noob cyclops is a little cloudy.

Overall I prefer Noob because the dial, hands, bezel, DW (ie the important stuff) is better.

Gen SD4K (right): no appreciable difference in bezel. I would know straight away if the noob bezel looked off.

Noob has the edge on more details. Crown guards are better for sure too. Can’t wait to get it fellas!!

What I don’t like about the noob is the pearl. It’s slightly too white and plastic looking compared to ARF but on balance I prefer ARF.

The lume is definitely to white on the ARF IMO it looks like printing paper, no sheen very matte. And the dial markers look thinner and not as shiny on the ARF, the noob crystal sits a touch higher higher then ARF. The ARF has a crooked letter in S​​​​​​​​​​​​wiss.
