I bought a V3 1 month ago the Date wheel with the higher numbers are terrible, I approved because I was getting the Date wheel and Crystal changed but if that was not the case I wouldn’t have bought it.

So have they or have they not fixed the DW font? Keep reading contradicting comments. Haha.

The DW is the exact reason I sold mine, if you can afford to, get that switched to a gen and you are onto a lovely watch. Even better if you could put a gen xtal in. You then have a perfect franken IMO.

He could even find a vr datewheel or even a noob datewheel for I bet
I always have the desire to change the datewheel in every watch but when I get them, I only feel the need once it's in hand with arf. VRF, GMT, Noob... They're all very much acceptable imo.

The tolerances of ARF's suppliers seem to be horrible. Hit or miss, really. Mine wasn't that bad.

That's unfortunate. I'm was on the verge of paying for one. Now i'm on the fence.. I'm not a fan of doing any mods after receiving the watch, too much time and effort. Plus idk anyone in Asia who would have an accurate DW replacement unless i purchase the gen.

ARF has ALWAYS needed a crystal at a very minimum and a date wheel. It's not new, it is just how the ARF DJ41 is, it's also visible on their other models. Most crystals and date wheels on ARF need changing.

But it just depends... if you can live with it, then out of the box its fine. Crystals and date wheels are not hard to source on here.

Actually, on my ARF 116610LB v2 they manage to place a very decent DW, even on the high numbers... Don't know why they couldn't use the same factory to DJ41.
