To Molotow or not?

So My Noob v9 submariner has somehow managed to get 2 little marks/scratches on 2 of the bezel markers (I have no idea how as I’ve only had it on 3 times) it is really annoying me so I started looking into the sponge bob mod or having someone platinum plate my bezel when I came across the molotow mod.. from what i can find on here most people who do this have the V7 with the dark greyish markers.

my question is would you recommend doing this mod on the V9 or am I just going to make it look worse?.

It will look better than the standard, but if you have extra money I highly recommend going with Spongebob.

Yes I was thinking of just going with the molotow just now as I have major ocd and the black scratches are really annoying me just now.. but yes that was what I was hoping to find out, if the molotow would look better than the standard V9 insert.

Molotow will look great - I did it to my Noob V7 and Noob SD4K - you'll be happy you did it.

Just make sure you get the right color (it is on Amazon)

Also buy yourself a real thin paintbrush, and brush it lightly on the silver parts of the insert. Do not let the paint pool up within the numbers, it just needs to be as smooth as possible. There is a great tutorial somewhere in this section!

Do it I have to all of my ceramic inserts and look amazing. It even has the texture and sheen. Dirt cheap too...
