So I am guessing that this new version 8 of the GMT does not have the correct hand stack? It is hard to tell from the pictures

Although, in the description I would imagine they would have mentioned it. It's super annoying that they cannot work this out it is such an obvious tell like the Daytona 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock problem.

My Batman CHS is still going strong though touch wood...

I wonder if they are ever going to have another bash at building a CHS movement

Id rather they get the insert right, then the SELs, then take another stab at the CHS movement...I personally dont mind the ICHS, but the insert looks like a 6yo found half a 20 year old oreo and tried to smash it with a fresh one outta the bag

Puretime lists it as a 2836 movement so ichs. Crownguards look a bit sharper and improved as well as the rehaut but I'd like to see more photos. I doubt I'd upgrade from what I have for this revision. I have the ichs has well.

I have just received one!

I passed almost every release of the GMTs by Noob, and this is a great improvement on the bezel.

Last time out, as all of you know, the bezel was completely fucked up: wrong font colour and also an awful mechanism, very sloppy. Also, for some reason, it picked up skin grease very easily, so you constantly had a dirt bezel...with crappy font.

They have addressed these issues with this V8: the bezel also now operates like the Gen (I handled it just days ago) and the font color now is spot on. Also the thickness, finally, is right.
Great improvement also on the Cyclops AR and lume on hands and indexes.

Of course, you have ICHS, not a problem to me.

Absolutely not: the bezel now is perfect.
Please wait a bit for the pictures as in these days I don't have good light conditions here...
