Noob with gen WG bezel?

What is the black dial? You said APH but sorry, I don't know what APH stands for. Also what is the base of it, noob?

Black:

Stock Noob v4 rep with CF bezel and gen-style gasket.

White:

Noob with APH genuine Dial (gen dial with rolex fault in the dial print making it read „COSMOGR APH”, hence APH and with gen bezel.
