Was posted on the Exile Forum. Bringing it here.
The long awaited 904 tests of the latest ARF Daytona and SD43 are finally here.
As you can see from the test results, strap and case is confirmed 904. Chemical composition falls within the allowable range.
Testing was done via XRF Handheld Scanning. It is a non-destructive test, but is able to accurately determine the chemical composition of a metal.
Based on the results, the cases came from one source and the bracelets came from another. This falls in line with what we have been told about different factories/manufacturers for different components.
And a few pics.
Watches as they arrived in their service cases
Really liking the sd43 and look for a full review thread similar to my Daytona one soon
Daytona disassembled.
SD43 disassembled.
