But he promises it's noob.. Not buying that!
The pearl is different between the two
The dial cornet is different between the two
The bezel fit is different between the two
Showed him all this but still its 100% sure a noob. Lol
So I'm getting a v6s that way there is no option but noob. Problem solved.

What do you mean with BP "V5" mate? BP in all of these years has produced only a "V2" version that was released quite recently with Myota movement, but prior to this, V1 bracelent and clasp had never been updated from BP.

-Noob at the beginning use "0P8" with poor bracelet and clasp. Then from V1 to V5.1 (some called "V6" without reason) used "2VU". Some transitional versions used PJ3 from noob and from JF. New V6S use "1FY"

-BP V1 use "PJ1" and new BP V2 with myota use "6YZ"

-LF use X7F

-JF use XOP

I have no idea what version the Bp is I just saw it on toros site and ran with it... Bp v5 9015 movement. Your info is golden!! I was trying to buy a noob v5 and my dealer tried to pass of a Bp with 6YZ as a noob and we argued back and forth for a good day or so. I said you know what get me a v6s that way Bp doesn't make that and there are no questions. The v6s QC has the correct 1FY so I'm happy!

No problem mate, it's a pleasure for me :)

I've written a little above the sub "V5.1" it was incorrectly called "V6" for no apparent reason.

The one who gave the name "V6" to what was actually the "V5.1" was precisely Toro

Many dealers when members asked about V6 ironically replied with: "What ?? has just released V5.1, how can there be a V6 already in circulation?"

After they explained that there was a mistake in calling the "V6" because it had no major updates such as to justify a new version compared to "V5" (they had just updated the written 1000ft = 300m with the proper space, but nothin ' another had been upgraded)

So also in this case the name that Toro gave to the recent BP with Myota movement is wrong. It is actually the V2 version of BP.

Nice choice on V6S mate. Have you chosen with or without date? :)

Thank you! I have chosen with date this time I had a Fk Em but I needed the date.. Sold it and bought the sa3135 to eventually put a yuki modded with Rolex parts or possibly a gen 3135 in it. I find if I don't buy watches as a project watch I get bored and sell them. Just like cars. I have to have a goal for it or I get bored and sell it.. I have been talking to occb2 and he is telling me what parts I need and stuff like that to make it bullet proof! :)

my friend many consider us crazy, but you and I have the same attitudes :)

I have had many watches but I always find them, modified and then re sold. Just like you I have to have every time a new goal otherwise I get bored.

About this in the next few days you will see my example of this in the sales section of the forum:

My Sub no date V2 / "V6" Noob taken in February, I sent him my modder the day when I received it at home, i've never worn a single time it.

It suffered heavy modifications during these months, and now finally it is ready. But I unfortunately still before it gets to me I've already changed the project and i have already ordered another watch so I am forced to sell it because i have great ideas, but i don't have also a high budget LOL

Here are some mods of this sub :) :

-Movement TC elabore (correct height of the hands on cannon pinion as Gen) with all the internal components replaced with Gen Swiss ETA parts
-All gasket are GEN Rolex (caseback, glass, tube, crown)
-The bezel assembly was internally machined on a lathe to have the most accurate and precise click as on GEN
-The pearl and ceramic bezel were glued with two-component glue
-CG are worked as Gen
-Bezel teeth refinished (bezel teeth stock of V2 / V6 are so bad ...)
-Waterproofed
-V6S bracelet
-Clasp V2 / V5

etc etc etc ....

Everything still wrapped

What do u think?

I have not yet received it from my modder, but in the next few days i should get it, I'm so excited too see this watch! :)

Stay tuned on sale section to see it ;)

I had informed AP franken, but Gen parts for me are far too expensive and very rare to find :)
