It doesn't stop while on the wrist weirdly enough, I wound it up three days ago until it had full charge and I woke up today to find the tourbillon not spinning even though the power reserve showed it was full.

Well it just died completely now even though the power reserve indicator shows it's full, very pissed off about this. I told my TD specifically to test it for a couple of days before sending it out since it was close to $900 with the WU fee and some weird currency problems and yet he sent it out within less than a day after QC.
