which rolex 116660 D-Blue is better? ARF or NOOB?

Looks to be close to the noob side with the SA3135 movement, but the insert is too good to be noob, second hand looks wack while the minute and hour hand appear to have a little 3d effect or it could be extra lighting.

The blue dial is a giveaway. However, to be sure a black dial, ARF hands, and SH3135 movement will seal the deal for me, atleast for now.
