How to remove a dial from 7750 movement

Hello guys,

Can someone explain to me how to remove a dial from an a7740 movement ? I was able to decase the movement completely as seen from the pictures but can’t figure out the rest. I understand there are 2 “feet” on something of that sort that need to be removed from the sides with a dental pick but can’t find them because I don’t understand what that means in “amateur terms”. All google searches point to expired pics that cannot be brought up so if anyone has a helpful diagram or picture, please let me know.

You can see the hooks highlighted on about page 4 of the ETA animated disassembly, the page referencing the hour hammer spring. You just hinge them out to remove the pressure on the dial pillars.
