Have you thought about the Erika’s Marine Nationale straps? They look better than the Tudor’s imho...

Crown and Buckle are your best bet for this.
They are the best Nato straps I have come across
As coincidence would have it, they are also addressing Tudor's douchebaggery of no longer including a Nato with the watch.
