Am I screwed? 3 weeks at customs.

Recently bought a rolex on m2m from Asia to NYC.

Has been in the “inbound to customs” stage since Feb 5th - approximately 3 weeks.

Am I screwed? :/

Was it from China or Hong Kong?
Chinese New Year is Feb 5, so there would be some delays in shipping.

It just showed up and status changed to delivered! I’ve had it happen twice.

I have had this happen but not with a watch. Same scenario. It was not even anything that was a rep either just a phone accessory.
Hit or miss I guess.

Same with many of my packages from overseas. Status never changes, then all of a sudden, there is a delivery attempt (I am usually not home to sign). I have one that has been sitting at ISC LA for a couple weeks now, anxiety is killing me :-/

Just got notice that my package that was stuck in ISC/customs for the last 3 weeks will be delivered tomorrow! The package gods have come through once again...

So I had my package sent for customs inspection. I panicked thinking it was a seizure and wrote off the purchase (2 watches - Rolex sub and a Tudor BB Bronze) 4 weeks later I got a customs letter for £28... paid it, 4 days later got my watches... call USPS you’ve got nothing to lose...

I guess I will join you... Mine is "stuck" in customs since 3/29/2019 in Chicago Customs....It's a Rolex Noob Daytona and an AP 15400. Pretty sure it's gone...

If they do seized your package, ain't they by law required to notify you (via a letter within a certain time frame or something)?
I guess the law is the law...and they do what they do.. LOL

Nahh..I'm royally screwed... That particular TD will only offer to buy again at their factory cost. I will probably have to wait a bit for the pain to subside before ordering again...
