What 1: 1 replica on the wrist 16.5cm?

Hey,
What's the replica 1:1 for a narrow wrist? The wrist is narrow and flat.
Something from Graham, Tag, Panerai, Patek.
I need 1: 1 - dimensions, so that the watch is not too thick, only had dimensions like the original.

Firstly, no such thing as 1:1.
42mm pams are nice for your wrist size imo if you can find one. 512, 576 and so on. None have gen dimensions afaik.
For Patek, there's the Nautilus 5711 and Aquanaut 5167. None have gen dimensions afaik.
I cannot speak for Graham or Tag as they are not my thing.

I would start by going through the Consensual NWBIG list and see which watches you like best. For your wrist size, perhaps stick with 36mm-42mm depending on your preferences.

Well, not sure what you mean with 1 to 1 ness, but there are 37 mm Yacht Masters by ARF, certainly not indistinguishable from gens though ofc, not sure about how the dimensions compare.
