Replacing miyota 9015 with some other (ETA or non-ETA) movements?

I really hate the fact that miyota 9015 movements have (usually) noisy rotors and progressive date change. Although rotor noise can be reduced through replacing/oiling the rotor, it is not possible to modify the progressive date change to date-flip.

I understand it is but a slight trouble, but does anyone know if other movements can be put in the place of 9015 without changing the hands and other stuff? Assuming the watch being discussed has closed caseback.

Hand set converter? other movements that accepts the same hands from 9015-based watches?

You can't replace a Miyota with an ETA 2824/2836... different stem height, different hands size...

Miyota 9015 draw http://miyotamovement.com/pdf/draw_9015.pdf
ETA 2824 specs http://www.ranfft.de/cgi-bin/bidfun-db.cgi?10&ranfft&0&2uswk&ETA_2824
ETA 2836 specs http://www.ranfft.de/cgi-bin/bidfun-db.cgi?10&ranfft&0&2uswk&ETA_2836

Haha thanks for your input. I knew this and that was why I talked about hand converters (not sure if they truly exist.)
I actually reviewed these technical papers right before you posted. Apart from the ETA ones, I also looked at miyota 9010 and 9039 specs but sadly it seems to me that neither would directly fit.

What about a DG4813? Should be a direct swap if I'm correct...
Edit : Don't know if the date change is quick like on the ETAs
2nd Edit : If it's the one that is on the Parnis "homage" watches the date change is just like the 9015... :(

It is a chinese version of miyota 8205... not sure if it solves the date change problem. It can explode anytime though...

I am actually considering swapping in miyota 9010 (upgraded 9015, most parts are the same). I can get the 9010 mvt for $50, kind of inexpensive, though it only solves the rotor noise problem not the progressive date change.

Hand converters can be found on any good watch supply website - they'll be with the tube height adjusters.
