I have a bias towards blue dials/straps. I have this rally strap in blue which ends up on all my watches only watch i was avoiding trying it on was my z blue milgauss because i think leather straps only looks great on rolex if you have the end links to cover the gap in strap and watch case. But i am bored today so finally put the strap on watch, now looking for feedback is it good or i should leave on the sel bracelet/try to find end links for leather. Ty in advance for input.( p.s. I know either way that buckle needs to be changed [emoji23] )

Of course, taste is subjective and it also changes over time. But personally for me I think the milgauss already has a very colourful dial (blue, green, orange, silver) and any additional colour would just be a little over the top. The circle holes on the strap seem to lend themselves more to racing chronos (like a heuer Monza?)

But that's just my view. If you like it, wear it.

I bought a fashion watch in December, (a few weeks before finding RWI)
Spent around $200.00 on Amazon.
Now I want to sell it on Ebay, but the price went down to $75.00 on Amazon.
Good idea about gifting the watch, I probably will never wear it .

I've got a blue RubberB I bought when they were first released to use with a gen blue Air King I no longer have. Often wondered what it would look like on one of these...

I think the milgauss already has a very colourful dial (blue, green, orange, silver) and any additional colour would just be a little over the top.

I agree with this. If it were just the dial, the strap would be ok (c.f. IWC blue dials and blue straps), but the Milgauss also has the colored lightning bolt hand and the green crystal -- all of the colors together make it so that none of them are special, so a lot of the appeal of the Milgauss (for me) gets muddled up a bit.

That having been said, I don't think there's any reason it would look bad on leather in general... maybe a grey or brown strap?
