Vintage nato strap

Hey all,

Is it just me or do the vintage nato straps look very different than today? Or is it because it has faded trough out the years? The structure of the nylon looks a lot different and I cannot find anything that looks close to this.

everything was made better "back in the day".

you can still find quality NATOs but they typically cost a lot more than the avg $10 ones on ebay.

Looks to me just like any other decent nato strap I've seen. A quick reverse image search took me to the original posting, in the comments he says he got the strap from eBay http://100percent-rolex.blogspot.com/2010/12/what-more-do-we-need.html

Lol Thanks. So not really that vintage

I have some blue natos lying around here.
Let's give one a vintage treatment! Does anyone know a good trick to fade up the nylon a bit?

The Military subs NATO manufacturer was Phoenix straps from UK, they sill make them.
Just search on the British eBay for the seller mickie500 he ships worldwide and its not expensive at all!
