DHL Customs Return Situation

Hi guys have you, had very very long waiting time for the watch to be returned to TD, after Customs reject documentation. my parcel were sent back 10th of august and arrived and delivered 12th of august according to tracking details. but im getting told by PT support to just be patient because the return is apparently very slow, it just seems a bit strange its been in Hong kong for over 1 month and they still havent recieved it ??.

Sorry for what happened. Please understand we are located in mainland, China, not hongkong. Some shipments are exported from Hongkong but when it's returned from your country to hongkong, it still takes time to return to mainland. Please PM me your order number. I will double check for you.
