Info about 4PX shipment

I bought a watch from Puretime, and for this shipment they have used 4PX carrier, and not DHL as usual. Do you know this carrier? I have read that this is a really bad carrier, using the normal postal services for delivery.

We change shipping methods from time to time. The shipping company we work with has many experiences sending to different countries. I believe they always choose to use the best
shipping method. Due to the COVID, there aren't many ways available so they use what they can or what they think will be more safer

4PX delivered my first Rep order very quickly. It took just 8-days from shipment notification to delivery at my UK address. The package actually took just 3-days to reach the UK before being handed over to UK Royal Mail, who took 5-days to move it from one side of London to the other. I was very happy with 4PX service and tracking-updates.

Same here !
Got a order from 22/4 and still not arrived !!!
previous orders were delivered by DHL and now the 'local post office" will handle this one
and now my package is stuck at customs for missing invoice and not sure what to do now...
more then 30 days waiting for my delivery , even in these times is VERY long
very dissapointed

I ordered from Trusty and they used 4px due to the backlog
It did arrive but 4 pc tracking and service was shocking

Mine landed in the uk yesterday 5/7 and sent the 1st 7 just how long royal mail take but that is quick for 4px .

it shouldnt be more than 10 days

Mine was sent with 4px by another TD. Took about 10 days to arrive to UK before it got forward to my country
