New forum member and first time purchase of a replica. Went with PT due to the impressive amount of reviews. Pulled the trigger on https://puretimewatch.io/watch-bran...-rubber-strap-sa4130-v2-free-extra-strap.html. So far communications have been smooth and process effortless.

Order placed - June 3
BTC info received - June 4
BTC Sent - June 4
Confirmation Received, QC to follow - June 5

Looking forward to receiving the QC photos. Will post photos once received and though I have done some due diligence, still a rookie and would love to get other members feedback. Stay tune...

I accepted my QC pictures two days ago and still haven’t heard anything back or gotten a tracking number.

Hi all - Just received my QC photos. Only concern I noticed was #60 on the bezel has a smug/scratch, which I assume is the plastic protector, and the rear cover showing green. I email Elena back requesting clarification, otherwise, in my view, the watch is good to go. Throughout this entire process, being it my first leap into purchasing a rep, Puretime has been spot on with their customer service. I definitely will be purchasing a few more pieces in the near future.

QC approved - June 11
Watch Shipped via DHL - June 12
Watch arrival USA- June 14

Unfortunately, the watch arrived "DOA". I felt the best approach was to PM Puretime letting them know the issue and as always, they responded expeditiously, advising not to worry and to email their repair dept for further instructions. Emailed video of the issue and after review, they requested to ship the watch back; in route as of June 18. In the meantime, though the first watch arrived with issues, I felt confident enough to order a second https://puretimewatch.io/submariner...-edition-904l-ss-case-and-bracelet-a2824.html, which BTC payment was sent 06/12. Puretime has operated in the most professional manner anyone could ask for. This is my first time EVER ordering a rep watch and Puretime has “knocked the ball out of the park” so far. Certainly, setting the standard for me moving forward.

Quick update on my first purchase with PT. Though my watch arrived DOA, PT, without hesitation, responded to my messages quickly as well as put any worries at ease, so much so that I felt confident enough to order a second from from them during this time. I agreed to mail the watch back, took a hell of a long time to get delivered but once received, PT repair team sent constant updates and the repair was swiftly taken care of. Watch left China on 08/09 and arrived at my door on 08/19. Couldn't be more pleased with PT professionalism as well as the quality of the watches they peddle. Will certainly order from them again.

I have just ordered the same quality watch, noob 1:1 from them. With the steel band, black dial and black bezel.
Where do they send the QC pictures to, just to my e-mail? Furthermore, what should i be aware of when they send the QC picture
