Hi all
I recently took my patrk nautilus 5980 v1 (without decorative bridge) in for repairs as my crown tube threads were worn out and crown wouldnt screw down. Unfortunately the watchsmith ruined the watch drilling out the crown tube hole to try to fit a generic crown tube in without success. I am looking for a replacement but woukd like to see if you folks have any experience with the crown tube issue on the v2 5980? I would personally prefer v1 given its slimmer profile and agree with Godfathar that this is more impirtant than having a decorative bridge in the back, but if the v2 has a better crown i would go fo it!
