Well, PP doesn't make that model.
The open hole exposing the balance wheel pretending to be a Tourbillon.
Movement is completely wrong
There are more, and I'm sure that the forum can chime in.

Nope... i was approached by a friend that claimed it was real and wanted me to sell it.... i decided to put it through here to get it checked... good thing i did ey!

I had a feeling it was fake... usually tourbillions cut a little around the hands

Yeah, this is what you would see street vendors on Canal in NY, and Santee Street in downtown Los Angeles selling. This is a very low grade replica. Now, there are some pretty good ones made, and they are sold by our great TD's.

Looking like this I struggle to even call it a rep, it's a fake, and a very very poor one at that. The better question, which month has 32 days haha :p

Patek Reps imho are amongst the worst produced as with the exclusion of products such as the nautilus, aquanaut and simple calatravas they are too complicated. This watch pretends to be a tourbillon chronograph from patek which would probably cost upwards of 100k. To the OP, ask your friend to remove the caseback and show the movement so we can all have a good laugh.

everyone has told you it's a rep for sure.. but I want to chip in on one fact that would help you in the future.. Patek Philippe has NEVER EVER made an exposed Tourbillon watch, all the Tourbillon watches they made are not exposed, and only you can see them if you flip the watch and look at the movement..
