I did the same. Went gen after owning the rep for a few months. The 424 is one of the very few Panerai Rads for me which combines many of the key design features that build up the brands history.

I haven't slept for days, yearning for a California dial, damning myself with Aliexpress fantasy REPs only to pull the trigger on the GEN PAM424 via C24 today. The watch also hails from Los Angeles. What could be more fitting a Cali Dial from Cali.
