What are my choices? 42mm 12 hour GMT

Been reading as much as I can but there are so many models I get lost lol.

I would like a 42mm PAM with has a 12 hour GMT hand and a smooth bezel, is 688 my only option?

PAM535 or PAM688 are your only choices. The 535 is hard to find from my experience, the 688 is still available from the factory...

The hobnail dial of the 535 may not be for everyone but occasionally one will pop u. As hackkakid mentions, the 688 can still be found at some dealers including M2M.
