The only submersible 47mm with a hobnail dial is the PAM569, which is destro and has an SLC dial layout.
Apart from PAM569 and PAM025 - there are no titanium submersibles with hobnail (like steel), which would is not a pity...

However, the thread of the photo, and just on the wrist is a titanium hobnail, though not sub...

Go ahead and ask him. He's quite fast with it, I think it took about a week or 10 days.
