Movement is the typical fitting the false V4 with Y shaped rep Incabloc
The engraving OP is correct
I cannot say the case but most likely V3. If you have pics we will tell the version

Hi, I know you are the guy to find for anything Panerai. Would you mind helping me? I just got my PAM111 V4 from Intime.co, is this Fake V4 or the Real V4? took some higher quality photos so you can take a better look.
