Seamaster 300 micro adjust clasp on CrPO

Hi,

i've learnt so much on this forum. Now it's time to give back a bit.

I was a bit annoyed lately with my wrist diameter changing ever so slightly and the top heavy CrPO not sitting comfortably because of the band being either too loose or too tight.

Then I stumbled over the seamaster 300 clasp which has a clever micro adjustment - and I thought: might this fit the CrPO bracelet?

So I asked Ryan if he can source me one (which he could) and waited almost a month for it to arrive. And I am happy to say: it fits like a glove! On the 42mm V6F CrPO bracelet, at least. Don't know about the n00b bracelet, but I suspect it will fit as well. 45.5mm owners might not be so lucky

So now I own a beautiful CrPO with a micro adjust bracelet... awesome!

SM300 clasp already mounted

looks quite similar. just 2mm wider to accomodate the micro adjustment system

clasp fully extended

clasp fully retracted

of course the design of the slider is not a 100 % match to the CrPO bracelet. But for me it works because I only need 1-2 notches which does not even expose the slider

fits snug now!

Fantastic. All CrPOs, gen and rep, should come with this clasp. I'm going to have to try to get one for my Noob.

Nice Fred, that's good to know. Was it easy to switch out? Can I ask how much you paid and how fast Ryan was able to get it? I'm working with Ryan right now on a noob CRPO and if it doesn't hold up my order I may ask him to get me one.

If you want to stick to the original clasp but want a bit more adjustment, see that you can find an extra half link. Two half links are more than one full link, but less than one half + one full link

I know that. But I don't want to be shifting around bracelet links on a daily basis

As easy as replacing a bracelet link thanks to the screw system. Ryan sourced it in a few days. Cost me 65$ iirc. Probably worth asking for a full SM300 bracelet and selling the rest off to SM300 deskdivers.

wow, thank you so much for this! i love my noob crpo, been wearing it every day since i got it almost a year ago. ive never been able to get the bracelet perfect though. even tried multiple half links, and it gets close, but this will surely fix that!

I had a gen 45.5 and installed a gen micro-adjust clasp on it.
Fit nicely. The gen is only $130 and you can get them from any boutique.
