Got a Omega Seamaster Co-axial 300 from intime a while ago and the dial bezel started to fade/wear off really quickly. Anyone else experience this or have a suggestion?

Picture below as reference (noticeable on 10/20 and the line indicating 5 and 15)

Ask Ryan a spare insert. I am afraid there's not much you can do about it.

I want to buy this watch as well..
Anybody have the same problem? And more importantly are there any people who bought it from another TD and do NOT have this problem?

I've heard about this issue mainly for the CrPO. And here I thought the problem was fixed. This is the first I've seen happening on the SM300 though so I do not think this is a common problem, yet. Its the price we have to pay for these reps. But then again there are those who owns the SM300 rep for over a year now and they don't have this fading issue. The polished ceramic bezel on the rep of the SM300 is really beautiful especially when seen in the flesh. I really love how it looks on my Spectre version which is essentially still the same watch of course. But I gotta be honest, reading this thread has me worried. Removing it to replace with a new insert is going to be a pain too since I've heard its really tricky to remove these ceramic inserts.

Anyone here who owns the SM300 has encountered this fading bezel issue as well?

Looks to me like the numbers are printed on and are simply being worn off by a sleeve cuff.

Yes, that is what it seems like to me. Are there any bezel inserts that don't have this problem? I don't want to go through the hassle of changing it and then having the same issue...
I was going to try to get the new SPECTRE bezel to replace this one, but I am also afraid of that one having the same problem.

Its a rare occurrence on the SM300 rep as far as I know. One question though, do you wear it often with long sleeves such as those with the rough cuffs, jackets etc?

Arent all these reps regardless of model printed? My tiPO is printed too. What rep company would take the time (and $) to actually mold in numbers like omega does? Ceramic means nothing when numbers are printed on top of the ceramic

No doubt. But like i mentioned before, its a common problem on the crPO, but it hasn't happened to many owners of the rep SM300 until now. This here is the first incident of it here and I'm hoping its an isolated one.

Is it still common on the current noob CRPO?

I wear it with long sleeve for the most part cotton polo or dress shirt or a fleece jacket, and it was actually worn for a week!!! I started to notice it fade a little then I kind of did a test and rubbed the bezel to see if it was actually fading or if I bought it like that, and it definitely was wearing off.

Regardless, it would have come off over time... Wish that wasn't the case - it's a beautiful watch and I really don't want to wear it if the numbers are noticebly worn like it is now.

Just a thought and I don't know how they finish these. It's kind of hard to tell with the light in your picture but the finish doesn't look very glossy. Is it possible that the bezel normally has a coating over it and yours got missed?

Is this still an issue? I'm about to purchase one but I'm concerned about the bezel fading.
