Latest Update (24 Feb 2020) All couriers have already started operations. Trusty Time has already sent our customers QC Pics about 10-12 days back and updated tracking for the packages shipped. For those orders who have not received QC Pics, it is because the Factories have not passed us the stocks yet. Once the QC Pics is ready, rest assured you will receive it via email promptly. **The couriers we used are all replica-friendly couriers who ship to you with no issues. About 90% of the Factories have opened their doors for business and orders taking. They are mostly operating in this mode: They will take orders every day but will issue stocks once every 2-3 days. It means likely a week, they will issue stocks TWICE or THRICE at most to minimise the contact with the "COVID-19" virus. This is a good and healthy practice for the time being. We hope everyone can understand this inevitable move to prevent the widespread of the virus. Factories that have started operations is GF, NOOB, ZF, XF, VSF, V6, OMF, ZZF, BP & GMF Factory and some others. AR & JF has not opened yet. VRF should be returning soon too. Other small Factories have also started operations. Please understand and allow use to prepare the orders over some time as we have a huge backlog of orders. We will assure all customers we are handling the orders as best as we can. Thank you. 1. At the moment, ALL Trusty Time staff is safe and sound and no one is infected with coronavirus. We will like to thank you all for the kind blessings emails from all around the world. We are taking precautions with all staff being masked up and making sure everyone is in best of health with daily temperature taking. Our offices have been properly sterilized before start of operations 2. Factories will delay their re-opening after the Chinese New Year holidays due to Chinese government advising all to stay indoors as much as possible to control the outbreak rate. Most Factories should be opening within 7-15 days time from today. Some will be earlier than this advised dates. 3. Trusty Time is still OPEN daily. We are taking in orders daily and communicating with Factories to place orders with them too. Rest assured all orders are in progress and taken care of. 4. If you decide to cancel your order, please email ********* and we will refund without questions asked, please do NOT charge back or dispute on us. We understand that some customers do not wish to wait, but we assure you we are working hard to fulfill all orders to the best of our abilities.
