Having been after a titanium Luminor for a little while, it was beginning to look like an impossible mission.... Until I received a very kind tip-off from another member that Dealer Clocks had some PAM177s in stock. I contacted them and their sales contact Sam confirmed the rumour. Knowing they had been out of production for some time, I had some correspondence with Sam about the origin of the watch, who was very responsive and informative and even sent some pics of a 177 they had recently received for another buyer. I placed my order, received QC within a couple of days, approved it, and had the watch in hand around a week later (UK). The packaging was excellent (bubble-wrapped in a foam protective box in a cardboard box).
The watch was exactly as described, even down to the shitty rep strap, which Sam was refreshingly honest about. In fact it was so shitty that it failed completely at the buckle as I was adjusting the length by one hole... Not that this matters anyway as I obviously have three new straps on the way for it
Here are a couple of pics I managed before the strap exploded:
All in all, Dealer Clocks were a pleasure to deal with, and I will certainly be using them again in the future.
Thanks to all at Dealer Clocks!
