So, I ordered a watch ( Tudor BB Red Version Shield, ) From Joshua on August 6, 2018, Payment arrived on August 14, 2018, QC pics on August 16, 2018 and GL on the same day. The Watch was sent through triangle shipping since i live in Portugal, The watch arrived at UK on the 23 of August,( tracking number:EV835215675CN)
On the 24 of August the watch was dispatched from UK to my Country( Portugal). The tracking number (RN498166626GB) ( link for the tracking https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/RN498166626GB)
On the 26 of August the watch was on his way to Portugal, Since then, i dont have any information about my watch what so ever.
The Parcel from UK to Portugal is supposed to be delivered by GLS and the tracking number on GLS is not working as well (https://gls-group.eu/EU/en/parcel-tr...=RN498166626GB)
I emailed Royal Mail and their answer was that they have until 21 of September to deliver the watch, after that , the parcel will be considered lost.
Obviously i emailed Joshua( the TD from Perfect Clones.) ,on the 6 of September ,explaining the situation.
He doubted my word , saying that the watch was arriving, and i had to explain to him that the GLS call center dont know here my parcel is, and after some back and forward he said that his UK Hub was working on it, trying to find my parcel.( on the 10 of September)
I emailed him yesterday ( 19 of September) and his answer was "i have already file in a complain with the postal system .... once I have news I will inform you"
So , will my watch arrive? Already passed the delivering time, Is my watch lost? Royal Mail dont know where my watch is, neither GLS. The last update on the tracking number was on the 26 of August.
I cant wait for ever,
Which options do i have here?
Wait until first of October and ask him for a new watch? ask for a refund?
