Mechanical watch stopped

I have a replica tag heurer Carrera which was working fine for months. Now, it seems it has stopped working. I believe the problem is the rotor, which seems to be getting stuck. The rotor you see thru the back that is the secondary method for winding the watch.

It had come off before, the central post thing. I opened the back and pushed it back on. Later though it seems to be getting stuck for some reason. I can manually wind the watch, but after a while it stops. Typically a normal watch should have a 40 hour reserve if wound properly. I don't expect the same from a replica.

When the rotor gets stuck, if I tap it a little it will swing freely again. So I don't know if I put it back wrong or something else is preventing the rotor from spinning.

All help appreciated.

Post some pics so we can know what movement you have. Rotors are not normally just pushed on, they have a screw to attach them. You may have a loose screw floating around in the movement.

Pics would definitely be helpful. Can you hear a screw in there? How many manual winds have you been doing and how long does that last?

Pic has the rotor removed, there is no screw to put it on, it just snaps in place.
There was a screw loose I just noticed. I believe it was on the bottom part, where the rotor seems to have been catching. Just have to get a flathead now that can put it back in. Problem is the ident for the screw is very shallow, will have to get jewelery screw driver, probably a 0.8mm.
