Hi all been trying to source some replacement hands for my rep ZF Tudor black bay however all the hands I have received sit too low to the dial and in fact the last set ordered have marked the dial.

Does anyone know what hands ZF use please they seem to have a higher depth on the them on the hour hand.

I dont think you will find any aftermarket hands that will fit. The ZF hands have a very high post underneath the hands. I think the only option is too replace the hour wheel, canon pinion and center seconds wheel with a higher version like a H4 or H5/6 if there are any

Thank you for explaining this that's makes sense now.

It's almost like the dial is too fat which obstructs the depth when the hands are pressed onto the pinion.

Ask a TD to source replacement hands for your exact model. All TDs can source parts from factories that will sell them. TDs are more receptive to sourcing parts if you also buy a watch. "I'll buy this watch and oh I need some hands too".

You can get a deep set of black bay hands from Helenarou, last time I bought some they were $25.00/set.

Yep, those are the ones. The dome on the zf is slight, but its there.

They glow green but no guarantee they will match the dial exactly.
