Submariner Crown & Case Tube question

I would love to get some clarification if anyone has answers...
What is the difference between the 703 and 704 crown and case tube parts?
Everything that I have found suggests that they are the same and only the part number has changed.
Expert input would be greatly appreciated as I'm about to put a 24-703-0 crown and 24-7030-0 case tube on my ARF 116610 SubC.

I have a question if you found out. Will the 7030 gen tube fit arf 116610 sub without modification? Also will the gen crown 704 fit the eta2824 7mm stem? Thank you.
