Any 6538 Big Crown experts? Crystal swap

I'm trying to replace the super dome on my big crown with a lower profile t21.
Any pros to weigh in on exactly where the retaining ring might pop off? Having some trouble with this one.

Probably it's glued .
Remove the movement,
Heats witha an hairdryer
and push out the plexy.
