Drilling micro adjust holes

Has anyone here had any success drilling extra micro adjust holes in their bracelet clasp before? If so what was your process/set of tools involved?

I'm considering doing this but don't necessarily want to go to my local watchmaker.

I did it a few times with success. A good drill press, with a vice and soft jaws, and a good set of bits.
the process is take the clasp off the bracelet, mark out the new holes with a scribe and verniers. Put it in the soft jaws. Set the press to a high speed and fit the correct bit. I put one drop of oil over the new hole location and with some light pressure it was easy.
