New Mods for Marlin builds and watch upgrades

I wanted to share some new mods I have added to all my builds.

1) Color enhanced jewels to match gen.
2) Flattened and polished SN screws.

I show these mods on the 111 below as an example, but they are included now on all my complete watch builds from now on and on all watch upgrade builds.

My latest Swiss Hybrid 111V4 with new mods added. A perfect color match to the gen incabloc and does not hamper the performance of the movement.
